Made to order
Every GoCanada piece is printed after you order it. That means less waste, but it also means it takes a few days longer than a warehouse shirt.
Production and delivery
- Production: usually 2 to 5 business days
- Delivery: usually 5 to 15 business days after production, depending on where you live
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and duties
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are paid by the customer.
Returns
Because every item is printed just for you, I can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order.
Misprints and damage
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or faulty, I'll replace it free of charge. Just email gocanada@gocanada.tours within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Wrong or missing order
If something is missing or you got the wrong item, let me know within 30 days and I'll sort it out.
